Halibut Tostadas with Yogurt-Lime Sauce

Ingredients

  • Fresh salsa
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 firm-ripe avocado (8 oz.)
  • 1 ½ pounds halibut pieces
  • 6 corn tortillas (6 in.; see notes)
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup lightly packed rinsed fresh cilantro leaves
    • Vegetable oil
    • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    • 3 cups finely shredded cabbage
    • 5 tablespoons lime juice
    • ¼ teaspoon pepper
