Mango Ginger-Glazed Mahi-Mahi


  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh gingerroot
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 (6 ounce) mahi mahi fillets
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 -2 mango, pitted and (half carefully sliced or half mashed)

1 Directions. 2 In a shallow glass dish, stir together the honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ginger, garlic, mashed mango and olive oil.
