Orange Halibut with Quinoa
Ingredients
- Pepper
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 1 pound boned, skinned halibut, cut into 3 equal pieces
- About ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts (about 2 oz.; see note above)
- 1 orange (about 8 oz.)
- ¾ cup quinoa
- + 3 more ingredients

- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- 1 avocado (about 8 oz.)
1. Pit and peel avocado and cut into 1/4-inch cubes. With a sharp knife, cut and discard peel and white pith from orange. Cut between membranes to release orange segments into a bowl.2.
