Ingredients

  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • ¼ cup plus 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound swordfish steak, about 1 inch thick
  • ½ cup chopped fresh mint
