Ingredients

  • 4 apples - peeled, cored and cut into thin wedges
  • ½ cup margarine, divided
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups dried bread crumbs

    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 4 (6 ounce) fillets sea bass
