Asian Halibut and Brown Rice Packets

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon(s) toasted sesame oil
  • 1 pound(s) halibut fillet, skin removed, cut into 4 portions
  • 1 ripe plum, cut into 12 wedges (large)
  • ¾ cup(s) plus 2 T. water
  • 1 cup(s) plus 2 T. orange juice

    • 2 teaspoon(s) reduced sodium soy sauce
    • 2 cup(s) instant brown rice
    • 4 scallions, sliced, whites and greens separated

Preheat a gas or charcoal grill. Heat 3/4 c. water, 1 c. orange juice and soy sauce in a small saucepan, until just simmering.
