  • 5 teaspoons chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup Mexican Crema

    • Southwestern Slaw
    • 2 pound mahi-mahi
    • 8 flour tortillas, 8 inches in diameter
    • Salt, to taste
