California-Style Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 ripe avocados (peeled and pitted)
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chiffonade
  • ½ canned chipotle pepper, minced
  • ½ teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 4 teaspoons minced red onions
    • 1 cup medium-dice tomato (seeded before dicing)
    • 18 tortillas (homemade or store-bought)
    • ¾ teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
    • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
    • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
    • 2 tablespoons lime juice
    • ¼ cup dry white wine
    • 6 skinless mahi mahi fillets (6 to 8 oz. each)
