CHAR GRILLED SWORDFISH WITH BLACK BEAN RADISH SALSA

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce(s) cooked, drained black beans
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 swordfish fillets (7 ounce )
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
  • onion, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tomato, diced (small)

    • 4 radishes, diced

In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients together, except for fish fillets. Mix together without mashing the beans. Let sit for 1 hour. Preheat gas or charcoal grill up to 375°.
