Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
  • ½ cup lowfat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon Asian fish sauce (also called nam pla or nuoc mam)
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    • 8 wooden skewers
    • 4 cloves garlic
    • ½ cup fresh cilantro
    • 1 pound lean beef sirloin
    • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
    • 1 yellow bell pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Asian fish sauce (also called nam pla or nuoc mam)
    • Vegetable oil cooking spray

Soak skewers for 30 minutes. Puree cilantro, garlic, soy sauce, orange zest, sriracha, fish sauce and sugar in a food processor. Transfer marinade to a resealable plastic bag; add beef.
