Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes


  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 4 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia
