Grilled Arugula-Stuffed Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 cups trimmed arugula
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon dark sesame oil

    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
    • 4 (6-ounce) swordfish steaks (about 1 1/2 inches thick)
