Ingredients

  • 8 (6-inch) corn or flour tortillas
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Salsa Roja
  • Pickled Onions
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 (6- to 8-ounce) halibut fillets
