Grilled Grouper Sandwiches with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

• Dash of ground white pepper
• 2 (4-ounce) grouper fillets (3/4 inch thick)
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• ½ teaspoon sugar
• 1 (8 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
• ½ teaspoon dry mustard
• 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

  • 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red pepper
  • Vegetable cooking spray
