- 4 (6-ounce) grouper fillets (about 1 1/2 inches thick)
- 4 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 4 (1.8-ounce) white wheat hamburger buns
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray
