Grilled Grouper Tacos

Ingredients

  • ¾ teaspoon salt, divided
  • 3 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 cups shredded romaine or leaf lettuce
  • 1 pound grouper or other firm white fish fillets
  • 2 ½ tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 8 (6-inch) tostada shells

    • 1 teaspoon minced seeded jalapeño pepper
    • ¼ cup low-fat sour cream
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
    • ½ red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
    • 2 small plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
    • ¾ cup fresh corn kernels or frozen corn kernels, thawed
    • Cooking spray
    • ½ teaspoon chili powder
    • ¼ cup thinly sliced green onions (about 3)
    • 1 ½ cups thinly sliced onion
