Grilled Grouper with Basil-Lime Pistou

Ingredients

  • 4 (6-ounce) grouper fillets (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon grated lime rind
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Pistou:
  • ¼ cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 1 ½ tablespoons extravirgin olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • 4 (6-ounce) grouper fillets (about 1/2 inch thick)
    • Pistou:
    • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon grated lime rind
