Grilled Grouper with Browned Butter-Orange Couscous
Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon coriander seeds
- ½ teaspoon black peppercorns
- Cooking spray
- 4 (6-ounce) grouper fillets
- Dash of ground red pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
