Grilled Grouper With Cilantro-Lime Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 4 (4-ounce) grouper fillets
  • Cilantro-Lime Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag; add fish, and seal bag. Toss to coat well; marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Remove grouper from marinade; reserve marinade.
