Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 red jalapeño chile
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 4 5- to 6-ounce halibut or mahi-mahi fillets
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 large red bell peppers
