Grilled Halibut with Grilled Red Pepper Harissa
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 large red bell peppers
- 4 5- to 6-ounce halibut or mahi-mahi fillets
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 red jalapeño chile
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
