Grilled Halibut with Lemon-Caper Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons finely chopped shallot
  • 1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil
  • Fish:
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets
    • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
    • Vinaigrette:
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
    • 1 teaspoon chopped capers

To prepare the vinaigrette, combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. To prepare fish, heat a nonstick grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
