Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 (6-ounce) skinless halibut fillets
  • ½ cup chopped fresh arugula
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 1/3 cups chopped red bell pepper (about 1 large)

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • Cooking spray
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

    • Fish:
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
    • 2 ½ cups coarsely chopped peeled yellow peaches (about 1 1/4 pounds)
