Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
  • ½ cup cubed peeled ripe mango
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
  • 3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt

    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • ¾ cup basil leaves
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • ¾ cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
    • ½ cup cubed peeled ripe mango
    • 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh chives
    • 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
    • Cooking spray
    • 1 ¼ teaspoons grated lemon rind
    • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
    • 3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
    • 4 cups gourmet salad greens (about 4 ounces)
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¾ cup basil leaves
    • 1 garlic clove, sliced
    • 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh chives
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Prepare grill. Place first 8 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until almost smooth. Sprinkle fish with 1 teaspoon pepper and salt.
