  • 5 ½ tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 6 1/4-inch-thick lemon slices
  • Fine sea salt
  • 6 1-inch-thick pieces salmon fillet with skin (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • ¾ cup fresh mint
  • 6 1/4-inch-thick lime slices

Prepare grill for cooking. If using a charcoal grill, open vents on bottom of grill, then light charcoal.
