Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeño chiles with seeds
  • 6 7-ounce salmon fillets with skin
  • ½ cup celery
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro plus leaves for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt plus additional for seasoning

    • Nonstick vegetable oil spray
    • 2 15-ounces cans black beans
    • ½ cup red onion
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    • Piment d?Espelette Mayonnaise
    • 25 teaspoons olive oil
    • ½ cup plum tomatoes
    • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
