Grilled Striped Bass

Ingredients

  • Fiery Grilled Peach and Habanero Salsa
  • Ginger-Nectarine Salsa
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 (6-ounce) striped bass fillets
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Prepare grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle striped bass fillets with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place fish on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with desired salsa.
