  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger paste
  • ½ small onion
  • 2 teaspoons Goan red spice paste
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic paste
  • lemon wedges

Wash and dry the inside of the fish. Make deep slashes across both sides of the fish.
