Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat Italian dressing
  • ½ pound green beans, trimmed
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 16 niçoise olives
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 hard-cooked large egg, chopped
  • 4 (6-ounce) tuna steaks (about 3/4 inch thick)

    • ¾ pound small red potatoes
    • 2 tablespoons capers
