Grilled Whole Red Snapper with Citrus-Ginger Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Sauce:
