Halibut Sandwiches with Grilled Puttanesca Salsa

  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets, rinsed and patted dry
  • 2 garlic cloves, halved
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices Italian bread
  • Grilled Puttanesca Salsa
  • Kosher salt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 cups loosely packed arugula leaves, cleaned and dried
    • ¼ cup mayonnaise
    • Extra-virgin olive oil

Heat grill to medium-high. Lightly brush fish with olive oil, and season to taste with kosher salt and black pepper.
