Halibut Sandwiches with Grilled Puttanesca Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 cups loosely packed arugula leaves, cleaned and dried
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, halved
- 8 slices Italian bread
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets, rinsed and patted dry

- Kosher salt

Heat grill to medium-high. Lightly brush fish with olive oil, and season to taste with kosher salt and black pepper.
