  • 1.5 teaspoon(s) freshly ground white pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) hot water
  • 0.25 cup(s) honey
  • 3 rack(s) baby back ribs
  • 0.25 cup(s) red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Asian sesame oil
  • 0.25 cup(s) soy sauce
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon(s) finely grated fresh ginger
    • 0.25 cup(s) plus 2 tablespoons whiskey
    • 0.5 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
    • 0.25 teaspoon(s) freshly grated nutmeg
    • 0.5 cup(s) fresh lime juice
    • 0.25 cup(s) plus 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Marinate the ribs: Arrange the rib racks in a large glass or ceramic baking dish, overlapping them slightly.
