  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skinned
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
