Mixed Grill Kebabs with Guava BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 pound boneless fish fillets, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • Salt
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 orange bell pepper, cut into pieces
    • Olive oil
    • Guava BBQ Sauce

Prepare Guava BBQ Sauce. Thread fish, shrimp, and vegetables on skewers. Brush with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 4 minutes.
