Tilapia with Spinach and Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 tablespoon(s) olive oil plus more to brush fish
  • 1 package(s) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • onion - diced
  • ¼ cup(s) fresh parsley - chopped
  • 2 clove(s) garlic - chopped

    • 1 can white beans
    • 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
