Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup(s) minced fresh lemongrass
  • 1 tablespoon(s) crushed red pepper
  • 0.5 cup(s) mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoon(s) roasted rice powder
  • 2 medium shallots
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Asian fish sauce
  • 3 1/2-pound flank steak
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
    • 0.5 teaspoon(s) sugar
    • 0.25 cup(s) cilantro leaves
    • 0.25 cup(s) soy sauce
    • 3 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
