Warm Flank Steak Salad with Mint and Cilantro

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup(s) mint leaves

- 3 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) Asian fish sauce
- 0.25 cup(s) cilantro leaves
- 2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
- 2 medium shallots
