Dill-Lemon-Caper Lobster Rolls

  • 2 split-top hot dog rolls
  • 2 tsp. drained capers
  • 8 oz. cooked lobster meat, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 3 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. finely grated lemon zest, plus the juice from 1 small lemon
  • 1-½ tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • Unsalted butter, softened
    • 2 tsp. minced fresh dill
    • Butter lettuce leaves
