Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 2 10- to 12-ounce lobster tails
    • Lemon wedges
    • 14 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 teaspoons sugar
    • 2 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • 9 ounces angel hair pasta

Mix first 8 ingredients in medium bowl. Whisk in 3/4 cup oil. Season vinaigrette with salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
