Lobster Linguine with White Wine Sauce


  • Parmesan cheese for garnish
  • 1 ¼ pounds cooked lobster, meat removed from the shell
  • 1 cup dry linguine
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 thyme
  • ½ dry white wine
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 2 shallots, chopped
    • Olive oil
    • 6 tablespoons butter, room temperature and cut into small pads
