Lobster Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 pound dried medium shell pasta
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 2 sprigs thyme
