Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat
  • ¼ cup fresh chives
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 10 ounces slim haricots verts (green beans)
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon imported French mustard
    • 3 tablespoons coarse sea salt

1. Prepare a large bowl of ice water. 2. Fill the pasta pot with 3 quarts of water and bring it to a rolling boil over high heat.
