Lobster Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette - sliced into ¼ inch slices
  • 4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ cup(s) fresh lemon zest
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup(s) red onion - diced fine
  • ½ cup(s) celery - diced fine
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 3 pound(s) cooked lobster meat - chopped
    • parsley for garnish
    • ¾ cup(s) mayo, light or regular - or to taste
