Lobster with Macadamia Nut Butter

Ingredients

  • 10 (1 ½ to 2 pound) lobsters
  • ¼ cup roasted and chopped macadamia nuts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 3 shallots finely chopped
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup chopped Italian parsley leaves
    • 1 pound butter, softened

1. Combine butter and all parsley, shallots, garlic, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and macadamia nuts. Mix very well and roll into cylinder with waxed paper.
