Ingredients

  • 3 8-ounce bottles clam juice
  • 12 sea scallops, side muscle trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon saffron threads
  • 12 mussels
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 1 1/4-pound live lobster
    • 1 medium onion
    • 2 large garlic cloves
    • 12 uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
    • 2 cups water
    • 10 ounces spaghetti
    • 1 pound tomatoes
    • 4 tablespoons Italian parsley

Place 1 tablespoon water in cup; mix in saffron. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, 3 tablespoons parsley, and garlic.
