Summer Lobster Bake

Ingredients

  • Lemon wedges
  • Melted butter
  • 2 (1 1/2-pound) parboiled lobsters
  • 8 small red potatoes
  • 2 ears fresh corn, halved
  • 1 dozen clams
  • 1 pound mussels
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 onion, quartered

Place first 6 ingredients in a large disposable aluminum roasting pan; pour in 2 cups salted water. Cover pan with foil, and seal tightly. Grill over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) for 35 minutes. Discard any clams or mussels that do not open. Serve with lemon wedges and melted butter.
