Absolute Best Seafood Newburg

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cup(s) Minute Rice, uncooked
• 1 ½ cup(s) Milk (use juice of mushrooms as part of this measure)
• 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 pound(s) scallops
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 pound(s) small Shrimp
• 2 tablespoon(s) butter
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 package(s) Frozen Peas, thawed (1 lb pkg)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • 2 can(s) Mushrooms, reserve liquid

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add shrimp, scallops and onion. Cook until shrimp are pink and scallops are opaque. Stir in soup, milk (with mushroom liquid added), lemon juice and peas.
