Asian Crab Salad


  • 2 package(s) imitation crab (Haitai Seafood brand from Korean store)
  • 3 tablespoon(s) real mayonnaise
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and julienned
  • cabbage, julienne sliced (small)
  • 6 boiled eggs, yolks removed and set aside
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • ½ teaspoon(s) wasabi

Cut long crab sticks in half. Pull apart in shreds. Slice egg whites. Hand mix crab, egg whites, mayonnaise, cucumbers, cabbage and wasabi together. Then sprinkle a little bit of salt.
