Chesapeake Bay Stuffed Rockfish
Ingredients
- 4 (6 ounce) fillets rockfish
- 1 pound fresh lump crabmeat
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 dashes liquid hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco™
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
