Creamy Seafood Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 1 package(s) cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dry white wine
  • 1 package(s) frozen crab meat and shrimp, thawed and drained (12 ounce pkgs)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cooking oil
  • ½ cup(s) sliced green onions
  • 12 corn tortillas (6 inch )
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Butter or margarine

    • ¼ cup(s) flour
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
    • 2 ¾ cup(s) Milk
    • 1 cup(s) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    • ½ cup(s) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

For Filling: in a small mixer bowl combine cream cheese,1/2 cup cheese and wine. Beat with an electric mixer until almost smooth. Stir in crab meat and shrimp. In a heavy skillet heat cooking oil.
