Ingredients

  • ¾ cup dry white wine
  • 6 cups water
  • ½ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 8 ounces uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound plum tomatoes
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup fresh parsley
    • ½ cup celery
    • fresh parsley
    • Sea salt
    • 1 8-ounce orange roughy fillet
    • 1 medium onion
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
    • 1 8-ounce sea bass fillet
    • 4 ounces cleaned squid, tentacles left whole
    • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in large pot over medium heat. Add onion, celery and garlic. Sauté 10 minutes. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Sauté 2 minutes. Sprinkle flour over. Stir 2 minutes.
