Herbed Seafood Pasta
Ingredients
- ½ pound unpeeled medium-size shrimp
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 ½ tablespoons Herb-Pesto Butter, divided
- ½ pound large sea scallops
- 6 green onions, cut into 2-inch strips
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 (16-ounce) package fettuccine
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside. Keep warm. Peel shrimp, and devein, if desired.
